Beijo do Sol strikes the perfect balance, marrying a modern, juicy tartaric acidity with a deeply satisfying, traditional sweetness and long aftertaste with notes of honey.

✨ Brewing Recommendation

To best highlight the complex tartaric acidity and heavy molasses sweetness of this natural Arara:

  • Filter (V60 / Kalita): 1:16 ratio, medium grind, and 93°C water to unlock the vibrant stone fruit and grape notes.
  • Espresso: 1:2.2 ratio with a traditional 28-30 second extraction for a thick, juicy, persistent honeyed finish.
