Sítio Meu Paraíso

High-altitude excellence, shaped across four generations. Tucked away in the soaring elevations of Poço Fundo, Sítio Meu Paraíso is a stunning boutique estate where family heritage meets modern agricultural mastery. Cultivated at altitudes up to 1,350 meters, this exceptional lot represents the pinnacle of micro-climate adaptation and precision post-harvest care.

A Legacy Reimagined

The coffee fields of Sítio Meu Paraíso were first planted by Enerlindo Pereira Lima, Fernando’s grandfather. Today, the family is proudly moving toward its fourth generation of coffee stewardship.

Fernando, representing the third generation, stepped into the fields in the 1990s. Recognizing the untapped, exceptional potential of the estate's high-altitude terroir, he made a conscious decision a few years ago to pivot the family fields entirely toward ultra-specialty coffee production.

Beyond his meticulous work as a producer, Fernando is a highly respected agricultural leader, serving as the Secretary of Agriculture for the neighboring city of Machado. His dedication was rewarded on the national stage when one of his meticulous lots ranked among the top 50 coffees of the entire harvest in the 2024 Especialíssimo awards.

Precision Agriculture & Processing

Fernando completely modernized the estate's traditional farming methodologies:

  • Microclimate Curation: He introduced specific, hand-selected varieties such as the prized Arara variety that naturally thrive in the estate’s distinct high-altitude microclimate.
  • Enhanced Post-Harvest Handling: The farm utilizes advanced, highly adapted techniques for lot separation and slow, even drying to ensure ultimate clarity in the cup.
  • Boutique Focus: Spanning just 12 hectares, the farm's small footprint allows for obsessive, tree-by-tree attention to detail during the peak maturity windows.
